Intelligent Service Management (ISM) Named Users
ISM Pricing is based on the number of Service Agents that have access to ISM to create trouble tickets and support customers. Each “Named User” has unlimited access. “Concurrent Users” share a limited number of ISM access rights for simultaneous use, so if this limit is reached Service Agents trying to initiate a new session would need to wait until active agents terminate their session.
