LUMA 10,000 Transactions
LUMA Virtual Agent LUMA pricing is based on user Transactions (actionable requests) completed, for example a trouble ticket sent to System Management, a problem fully resolved with self-service, or an admin operation completed. Incomplete Luma sessions terminated or forwarded to a live agent are not charged. Blocks of Transactions are pre-purchased for a fixed price based on quantity. Unused Transactions are not refundable.
